What credit cards does Xpo Rent A Car accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are all welcome.
What are the age requirements for renting a car?
To rent with us, you must be 20 years of age or older and carry a
valid Driver's License.
Can I use another person's credit card if I have their permission?
Yes, provided the cardholder comes along at pick-up time and
presents a valid photo ID.
Can I rent a car without a credit card?
Absolutely. For the deposit, we take cash, debit, Interac
E-transfers, and pre-paid credit cards.
Can I rent a car for my road test?
Of course. Simply reach out to our local office at

Is it possible to keep a vehicle for longer than I reserved it?

and we'll do our best to adjust the rental to your new plans.
What should I do if I'm involved in a collision?
If the situation calls for it, dial 911 first. Otherwise, phone
our office at

to file a claim. Should another vehicle be involved, be sure to
collect the other driver's licence details, their registration
information, and photos of the scene.
Can I rent a car at any time outside business hours?
Yes, that can be arranged. Get in touch with us to learn more.
Can I return the vehicle after-hours?
Yes, an overnight drop box is available. Our team will walk you
through the after-hours drop-off process when you pick up your
rental. Keep in mind that any vehicle returned outside office
hours remains your responsibility for any and all damage until
one of our representatives completes a visual inspection on the
next business day.
Can I drive the rental vehicle out of BC or to the United States?
Travelling outside BC or crossing into the United States is
permitted once you have written consent from our office. Note
that an extra fee may be charged.
Do you provide one-way rentals?
One-way rentals are currently not available with us.
Do you provide child-safety seats and navigation devices?
Yes, simply ask for any accessories you need when you make your
reservation.
Are all vehicles smoke-free?
Yes, every vehicle in our fleet is smoke-free. A minimum fine of $300 will be charged to customers who smoke inside the vehicle.
